Got More Photos?

So...have you ever found that perfect listing and just not had enough photos to schedule a showing? Curb appeal may be great and it's in the perfect neighborhood and price range, but you have no clue if it's a disaster or totally rehabbed home. Note to listing agents: encourage your clients to select a listing plan to allows for plenty of photos. Even if the home doesn't have a whole lot of charm, some buyers are willing to contribute money in rehab work because it's got so many other positive attributes that makes it worth their while, but you've got to give them something to work with. If the home is outdated or in need of repair, just state the facts in the description and highlight all of the positives about the home, community and more. Add plenty of photos of clean and bright spaces that are lightly staged to give your buyers an idea of the bones of any home. Most buyers are going to put their own touches on their property once the purchase is complete, so just make sure to give them the visuals they need to get them into your property.
